Below are some helpful tips.

Clearing Caches

If you aren’t seeing a change on the “front end”, then you may need to clear a cache.  In the black bar at the top, you can hit the “Delete Cache” button any time.

Edits

  • Line breaks not behaving? Try using shift-enter.
  • Copy-paste is your friend. You can duplicate blocks (between pages too) and then make the edits you need on the new one.
  • Need to revert to an older version of a page? The “Revisions” options are in the Page tab in the right hand sidebar.

Media Library

  • Add, delete and rearrange in the Gallery folder in the Media Library
  • This is also where all your pdfs go.

Security

  • Use secure passwords
  • Logout when you are done working
  • Update your plugins and theme right when you log on, ideally once/week
