  1. Election of Board Members. Our Board has seven members, three are up for re-election and there are two vacancies.
  2. Election of Officers. Erik Klee has resigned as President. Dan Nachtigal as Vice President is Interim President until the election. Dina Kuntz is willing to be Treasurer for one more year, we should pick an Assistant Treasurer who can work with Dina and replace her in a year.
