    Requires majority vote of the Board (see the current by laws are on the website.)
    1. Define members as all adult owners or residents of the Ridge. One vote per person instead of one vote per property owner is proposed for our Community association. All dues paying members would be entitled to vote. Voting by property for the Water Board or changes to CCRs will not be affected.
    2. Specify that the use of a property as a Vacation Rental for more than 30 days during any calendar year shall be considered a commercial activity.
  5. Vacation Rentals
    Update on vacation rentals and obtaining an overlay (exclusion) preventing new vacation rentals.
