Emergency Exit (Erik) | In regards to Emergency exit routes, please be advised that the board is still obtaining information and working through details associated with possible emergency access out of our neighborhood. We will send out more info once we have more details worked out (confirmed addresses, owners’ blessings, timelines when these route(s) might be open). We thank you for your patience. We recognize the high level of importance of this issue, but it is complex and does take time. | Board will need to re-evaluate the state of these emergency exits every year before fire season to see if routes need to be changed |
Emergency Preparedness (Carol) | John Evers of Precision Wireless of Santa Rosa will talk about radio/emergency alert systems | John/Carol will arrange a test of repeater system - might cost around $900 - board votes to move forward with this |
